Lee 40 S&W/10mm Auto Carbide Factory Crimp Die sizes the cartridge while being crimped so every round will positively chamber freely with factory-like dependability. This die applies a taper crimp. The adjusting screw quickly and easily sets the desired amount of crimp. Trim Length is not critical so this extra operation takes less time than it would if cases were trimmed and chamfered. A firm crimp is essential for dependable and accurate ammunition, as it eliminates the problems of poor ignition of slow burning magnum powders.

9mm Luger pistol bullet seating die only complete. There are two crimp shoulders in our pistol Bullet Seating Dies. The first shoulder applies a slight taper crimp and the second shoulder applies a full roll crimp. The closer the die is adjusted to the shell holder the heavier the crimp will be.

Reloading dies look similar, so we anodized and colored the bushings so you can “color code” your dies for quick identification. No need for lock rings on your dies with these quick-change bushings. Easy to read laser engraved divisions represent .001" one thousandth of an inch. The integrated friction ring eliminates annoying clicks that prevent splitting thousandths. No clicks, just smooth adjustment. Reads just like a precision depth micrometer, record your setting and easily return to them for future use. The micrometer adjuster can be easily transferred to other Lee Bullet Seating Dies, but it is so economically priced, you will want one for every die.

Works with cases .860 to 2.620 inches long, and bullet diameters .223 and larger. It works like the pistol Powder Through Expanding Die, except it does not expand the case mouth. Rifle case expansion is done in the Sizing die.
