SHIPPING & RETURNS:

Delivery Terms and Conditions:

Our aim is to provide great service and fast delivery, our delivery methods are via Courier, we always aim to deliver within 3-5 business working days, note for outbound areas delivery can take up to 10-15 days depending on the payment method used and the verification thereof and delivery address. Orders are dispatched directly from South Africa, Gordons Bay. Please note we do not dispatch or deliver orders over weekends or on public holidays. Note these Terms and Conditions listed on this page are accepted at the time of check-out,Orders are only dispatched once payment is received in our bank account.

Courier Deliveries:

If you have placed an order of R1 000 or more, delivery will be free to all major cities, if your order is less than R 1000 there will be a delivery fee of R110 to all major cities, eg. Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban, Cape Town, Port Elizabeth, Bloemfontein. Please note outbound areas eg. Kimberely, Polokwane, Limpopo, Secunda, Mpumalanga, Mosselbay and areas outside the main city centers may have an additional courier fee that may be added.

Returns:

Goods can only be returned by prior arrangement and at the customer's own arrangement and cost. We must be notified within 7 days after receipt of your intent to return any goods. Notice can be emailed to accounts@bartlettguns.co.za. A 10% handling fee will apply. Items that are specifically imported for a customer, will not be accepted for return. Customers shall be informed in writing should this be the case. We cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging, unmarked and not altered in any way.

Additional non-returnable items:

* Gift cards

* Clothing, eye or ear protection and goods of a personal nature

* Downloadable software products

Refunds:

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Should goods not be in the agreed condition then no credit shall be given, and the goods remain the property of the customer.

If the credit is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. It may take some time before your refund reflects in your account, this is due to the financial institutions processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for your own shipping costs when returning any item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
